The next step is to Watch Your Thoughts. The moment you catch yourself dwelling on a negative, say "CANCEL" and reverse it immediately to a Positive Thought. It is really very easy. An affirmation is a positive statement of fact that you say to yourself over and over again in the present tense, affirming it is done. You use present tense because we only have the moment now in time. So it is in the NOW moment that we create the Future. For example, In the Now, in affirmation form you would say, "Thank you God for my health", not "please grant me good health."
THOUGHTS ARE THINGS
I believe so strongly that our thoughts can create and draw to us what we desire. The secret is to FEEL and VISUALIZE as you say your Affirmation.
